Taiwan Water Co chairman Hsu Hsiang-kun and four others were arrested on Friday afternoon on suspicion of corruption. The string of arrests involving water related issues grows. Nothing specifically has come to the fore on corruption involving the handling of the Hushan Dam Project but one can't help wondering.
